After a challenging summer, October delivered everything we could have hoped for. The combination of warm days and cool nights in the final weeks gave us grapes with perfect natural acidity and sugar balance. Simon and the team were in the vineyard from dawn, hand-picking each row with care. This year we harvested our Classic Cuvee and Blanc de Blancs blocks on the same day — a first for us, and a sign of how evenly the fruit ripened across the estate. We are cautiously optimistic that 2025 will be one of our finest vintages. The juice is already looking exceptional in tank.
