All wines listed on this website are produced by Mountfield Winery. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual packaging may vary slightly. We take care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
Wine is an alcoholic product. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We may require proof of age upon delivery.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is taken at the time of placing your order via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation represents our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your payment.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. Wine is shipped in protective packaging to minimise the risk of breakage.
A signature may be required on delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to accept the package. If delivery fails, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the wine is unopened, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
To request a return, please contact us at info@mountfieldwinery.com. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Event bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
All cabin reservations at The Kennels are made through Airbnb. Bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation policy set out on the Airbnb listing at the time of reservation.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Mountfield Winery or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
